Craftsman Rapid is our fast-ship production line (2–3 weeks). Maker and Designer are semi-custom made-to-order programs with expanding door styles and finishes. All programs use plywood box construction. Door materials vary by program — Craftsman Rapid uses MDF and wood doors depending on style; Maker and above use solid wood doors. Artisan programs feature full species selection. Ask your Built Rep for the spec sheet on any specific program.

Yes — 3D design, physical samples, and full itemized quoting are all part of the process. Our team works with you from measurement through final sign-off so there are no surprises on delivery day.
Basic measurements and a style direction are enough to get started. A floor plan or rough sketch is helpful. The more detail you provide, the faster we can turn around a design and price — but we don't need a finished set of drawings to start the conversation.
Yes. Physical door and finish samples are available for all programs. Ask your Built Rep — they'll get the right samples in front of you and your client before you commit.
Every order ships factory-direct to your job site address. You'll receive delivery notification with tracking. Inspect on arrival — if there's damage or a discrepancy, report it to your Built Rep immediately and we handle it from there.
We will make it right. Contact your Built Rep as soon as you identify the issue — damage, incorrect spec, missing pieces. We don't run you through a claim process designed to make you give up. We fix it.
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH transfer, wire transfer, and check. ACH and wire transfers have no processing fee and are our preferred method for builders placing multiple orders.
Yes, for qualifying projects. We can connect you with third-party financing for projects $10,000 and up. Ask your Built Rep or see the Payment Options page for details.
