The NC Remodel.
Designer Series Manchester doors in Awe: a custom remodel where the appliances wear cabinet panels and the storage hides behind pocket doors.
A kitchen that reads as furniture, not machinery.
This North Carolina client wanted a full custom remodel with nothing interrupting the room: no wall of stainless, no microwave on the counter, no pantry clutter in view. Warm Awe paint on Manchester doors, brass hardware, a sculpted hood, and stone run up the wall instead of tile.
That standard takes custom work. The refrigerator wall wears cabinet panels built to match the doors. The microwave drops into the island. And the storage that usually junks up a kitchen lives in custom built-ins that close behind pocket doors.
Built delivered it all fully assembled and factory finished in the Designer Series: custom appliance panels, pocket door built-ins, and paint-grade consistency across every front. Off the truck and onto heart pine floors that have been there far longer than the kitchen.
Panels, not appliances
The refrigerator disappears behind custom panels that match the Manchester fronts, so the paint runs unbroken down the whole wall. The only metal left in view is the brass that was chosen on purpose.
Built-ins behind pocket doors
Custom built-ins close behind pocket doors, so the working side of the kitchen vanishes when the doors do. Open for a working pantry, closed for a clean room.

The Appliance Wall
Floor to ceiling Manchester fronts, with the refrigerator paneled in behind them.

The Island
Stone waterfall edges, a brass bridge faucet, and the microwave built in below deck.
