The Richland Spec Home.
Craftsman Series Bristol doors in Alabaster, a stainless chimney hood, and one stained upgrade where it counts. Value design, but quality.
Value design does not have to look like it.
This Richland spec home was value engineered from the first drawing, and you would never guess it from the photos. The trick is spending small amounts in places that read expensive: a stainless chimney hood instead of a microwave over the range, under-cabinet lighting on every run, and tile carried up the wall.
The cabinet package is Craftsman Series with Bristol doors in Alabaster through the kitchen and the hall bath. Then one room breaks the pattern on purpose: the primary bath gets a double vanity in Insight on Maple, a real stained wood moment that makes the whole house feel upgraded.
Every box arrived fully assembled and factory finished, one delivery for the whole home. That is the value design playbook: spec pricing, custom-looking choices, and a schedule that never waited on cabinets.
One stained upgrade
The whole house runs Alabaster except the primary vanity, stained Insight on Maple. One room in real stained wood reads like an upgrade package without upgrading the whole package.
Spends that photograph big
A chimney hood, under-cabinet lights, and full-height tile cost little against the whole job, and they are the first three things a buyer notices in the listing photos.

The Range Wall
The stainless hood centered between Bristol uppers, with the lighting doing quiet work.

The Hall Bath
Alabaster carries into the hall bath with black hardware for contrast.

The Primary Vanity
Insight on Maple: the one stained room, and the one buyers remember.

The Primary Suite
The full primary bath: stained vanity, walk-in shower, marble-look floor.
