Saint Johns Custom Remodel.
A complete transformation: Victor doors in Marshmallow Cream, beaded-frame inset, a walnut Riveria island in Slate, and custom cabinetry through the whole home.
Better function. Custom details. One cohesive home.
This Saint Johns, Florida remodel was a complete transformation designed around better function, custom details, and a more cohesive feel throughout the home.
The project started with a completely new kitchen layout, giving the homeowners a more efficient space with improved flow and storage. The kitchen features Victor doors in Marshmallow Cream with beaded-frame inset cabinetry, paired with a rich walnut island in the Riveria door style with a Slate stain for contrast and warmth.
One of the standout details is the custom pantry cabinetry with pocket doors, allowing the storage area to stay open and accessible when in use while maintaining a clean, tailored look when closed. We also added a dedicated coffee bar to create another functional moment within the kitchen.
The remodel extended well beyond the kitchen. Custom cabinetry was designed for the family room, laundry room, and library, helping tie the entire home together. In the family room, Xenon doors in Castlerock create a refined built-in look that feels integrated with the architecture.
By working closely with the client on the layout, finishes, and custom details, we were able to create a home that feels more intentional, more functional, and truly personalized to the way they live.
