Tampa Custom Remodel.
A 1930s farmhouse with an expanded kitchen: Bonita flush inset in Mushroom, a double island in matte Natural Walnut, and a hidden walk-through pantry.
Ninety years of character. One new kitchen.
A 1930s Tampa farmhouse carries almost a century of original character, and the family living in it wanted a kitchen that could finally keep up. The goal: expand the kitchen without sanding the soul out of the house.
That is the tension in every historic remodel. New cabinetry usually looks new. It takes flush inset construction and the right finishes to hold its own against original character, and that is the job Artisan by SM cabinetry came to do.
The plan: Bonita doors in flush inset construction. A Mushroom perimeter that reads original to the home. Not one but two islands in Natural Walnut, matte finished. And a hidden walk-through pantry door that disappears into the cabinetry run.
The result is a new, expanded kitchen that feels like it grew up with the farmhouse. Our cabinets are beautiful in a beautiful home.
